|NESF's free week trial period consists of group class instruction and training in Mixed Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Submission Grappling.
Your free week starts when you come in for your first class, and it will run for a continuous 7 days from that point. This offer cannot be split up, paused, or shared.
This offer is only open to new visitors to NESF who are local residents or college students in town for the semester. If you are just passing through, a day pass fee is required.
The free week does not include any private lessons.
If you have LESS than 30 days experience in BJJ, Submission Grappling, Kickboxing, or MMA, you will need to take a fundamentals class in that area of martial arts before moving on to the regular classes.
The first class you take during the free week needs to be either Tuesday at 6:30 pm, Wednesday at 6:30 pm, Friday at 6:30 pm, or Saturday at 1:45 pm.
For example... in order to jump into the regular MMA class on Wednesday at 7:30 pm, you would need to do the fundamentals MMA class first, which is right before the regular class, at 6:30 pm.
If you have MORE than 30 days experience in either BJJ, Submission Grappling, Kickboxing, or MMA, you are welcome to start your free week in a regular class as long as it has instruction. Classes on Mondays and Thursdays at 7:30 pm, which do not have instruction, will be available to you after your first day at NESF has been completed.
