Our MMA classes may include a mixture of techniques from Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and other practical styles. One style by itself has proven to be no longer effective in the cage. One main focus in our MMA classes is the fusion of all the styles we take from. This is Mixed Martial Arts. If you have only wrestling skills, you will get punched, kicked, kneed, and elbowed, a lot. No one art can stand on its own in the sport of MMA.
