One style by itself has proven to be no longer effective in the cage. One main focus in our Mixed Martial Arts classes is the fusion of techniques from all the styles we take from.
STANDUP STRIKING CLASSES
||If you have only boxing skills, you will get kicked, kneed, elbowed and taken down. If you have only Muay Thai skills, you will get punched and taken down. If you have only wrestling skills, you will get punched, kicked, kneed, and elbowed, a lot.
No one art can stand on its own. This class has techniques from Boxing, Muay Thai & Wrestling.
SUBMISSION GRAPPLING CLASSES
||Our Submission grappling classes focus on a mixed style that include techniques from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, Sambo, Judo, and other grappling Martial Arts.|
BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU CLASSES
||This class is geared toward traditional BJJ with a small mix of Judo techniques, and practiced with a gi/kimono.|
FREE ONE-WEEK TRIAL - HOW DOES IT WORK?
If you are thinking about joining NESF, you can try out a week of classes for free with no strings attached.
The free week starts when you take your first class and runs for a continuous 7 days from that point. You can jump into any of the group classes during that week.
This offer is only open to brand new visitors to NESF who are local residents or college students in town for the semester. If you are just passing through, a day pass fee is required.*The free week does not include private lessons.
